Kevin Lam, Msc FRICS FISCM
Kevin Lam is a distinguished professional in Hong Kong with over 30 years of expertise in both commercial real estate and sports and fitness industries. He previously served as the Executive Director and Head of Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield Hong Kong for more than 16 years. Currently, he is the founder of Active Real Estate National Advisory Services (ARENAS), where he is pioneering innovative approaches in the real estate sector by promoting the integration of active lifestyles into commercial property asset management. He identified the emerging athleisure trend as a valuable opportunity to develop a new ecosystem capable of thriving in the post-pandemic environment.
In addition to his professional achievements, Kevin is a dedicated sports enthusiast with over 25 years of experience competing in Ironman Triathlons worldwide. He has also completed the Oxfam Trailwalker 12 times, demonstrating his endurance and perseverance. In 2022, Kevin undertook a significant personal challenge by running around Hong Kong Island, covering a 60km distance, 25 times over 25 consecutive weekends, totaling 1,500km. This accomplishment reflects his strong commitment to physical fitness and his continuous pursuit of personal and professional excellence.
